Soléa Plain Yogurt
$50.00

Some things don't need improving. They need doing right.

Soléa Plain Yogurt is handcrafted in small batches using three pure ingredients, full cream liquid milk, full cream powdered milk, and culture. Nothing added. Nothing that doesn't belong.

Heated slowly to 185°F, cultured with intention, and fermented for 13 hours before resting for 8 hours, every batch follows the same process, held to the same standard, every single time.

The result is rich and velvety smooth, with a mild tang that cleanses the palate. Thick enough to hold its own in any dish. Pure enough to trust completely.

Eat it as it is. Build a breakfast bowl around it. Use it in your baking, your cooking, your overnight oats, your marinades. Replace the sour cream. Replace the mayonnaise. Let it be whatever your day calls for.

Plain yogurt was never a limitation. In the right hands, it is a foundation.

Soléa Greek Yogurt
$70.00

Soléa Greek Yogurt begins exactly where our plain yogurt does, full cream liquid milk, full cream powdered milk, and culture. Heated slowly to 185°F. Cultured with intention. Fermented for 13 hours.

Then comes the difference.

While it rests, it strains. The whey draws out slowly and what remains is denser, creamier, and richer than anything the fermentation alone could produce. A yogurt that is thicker by nature, not by any additives, not by shortcut, but by the process.

The result is unmistakable. Velvety and substantial, with a clean tang that lingers just long enough to remind you that this is the real thing. Higher in protein. Lower in liquid. Consistent in every batch.

Eat it straight from the jar with a drizzle of honey. Layer it into a parfait. Fold it into baking. Use it in place of sour cream, cream cheese, or heavy dressing. Let it carry a savoury dip or anchor a sweet bowl.

Greek yogurt this thick, this pure, and this carefully made is available right here in Trinidad.

Our Story

Our Story *

Some of the best things are made quietly, without announcement.

Soléa began in a home kitchen not in a factory nor in a boardroom. It began because a mother needed food she could trust completely. Ingredients she understood. A product she could give her children without hesitation.

What started as necessity became craft. And craft, recognised by the right person at the right moment, became something more.

Soléa is built on a simple conviction: that what you put into your body should be made with care, kept pure, and crafted to a standard that mass production simply cannot reach. That the Caribbean deserves food products that reflect its own excellence. The name carries its meaning openly. Soléa is sunlight. It is vitality, warmth, and the kind of nourishment that goes deeper than nutrition.

This is not yogurt for people chasing perfection. It is yogurt for people who have decided — quietly, confidently — that they deserve better. Better ingredients. Better craft. Better choices, made consistently, without noise or apology.

That decision is worth celebrating. Soléa exists to celebrate it with you.
